Individual Membership Application

LPCTV reserves the right to refuse service to individuals based on violation of its Policies & Procedures. All members will be informed of the Policies & Procedures pertaining to memberships, use of equipment, and facility use. Memberships will be subject to renewal on an annual basis. Members will be held accountable for use of LPCTV equipment and its facility.
Members, by choosing the "Yes" box below you are indicating you understand and are in agreement the policies pertaining to equipment and facility use, programming, and memberships. This will act as your signature.
Membership
by admin ()Membership is not required for either program submission or the submission of public service announcements, but we do ask those who wish to use LPCTV equipment, the facility, and/or training services to first become a member.
We ask all producers of content to become members prior to submitting programming and / or other content. We refer to such producers as Access Producers. Membership entitles access producers certain priveleges while enabling us to accurately track our distribution of resources.
There are 2 types of memberships: Individual & Organizational.
Individual Membership, entitles members to attend LPC-TV training workshops, use equipment, reserve studio time, and vote at the annual meeting. There are a number of additional benefits individual members receive.

Organizational Membership, Local non-profit agencies may become members of LPC-TV. Organizational members may appoint up to 5 representatives.

Underwriters, Make Your Contribution and Become an underwriter. Underwriters are given exposure on channels 8 & 10 Bulletin Board and on the homepage of this website.
