LPCTV offers affordable professional video production services on a contract basis to non profit organizations and community groups who would rather hire those services than perform them themselves.

The services offered include, but are not necessarily limited to:

- production of public service announcements

- single camera event coverage (lectures, meetings, concerts, parades)

- multiple-camera event coverage

- promotional videos

- documentary video

- planning, scripting, shooting, editing, and distribution
